Kriger Crossover Jump Rope

A beaded jump rope that we have created together with Kriger Training with their inputs in terms of length of the handles and on the actual rope for you to master the Crossovers and dreaded Double Under Crossovers.

Extra long rubberised handles makes the rope easier to cross the body and create a good clearance specifically for the crossover movements. The rope can easily be adjusted in length by unscrewing the handles and move the knot.

Total shipping length is 310cm with some additional cm inside the handles if needed.
